I wanted to write to you to let you know that everyone at SMA® Nutrition is working around the clock to keep up with the unprecedented increase in demand that we have seen over the last few weeks.
I know it’s upsetting when you can’t find the baby milk you need, so I thought I would share with you some of the steps we’ve taken to try and manage during these extraordinary circumstances.
We have increased the amount of formula we produce in our factories. We have also been working closely with retailers to make sure that we get our baby milk to individual stores as quickly as possible.
Hopefully these measures will improve availability for all families, but we all need to be considerate in the way we shop to make sure that there is enough formula for everyone who needs it. If you still have trouble finding what you need, speak to the store customer services or try a different shop. Your local pharmacy should also be able to order it for you. Shops are regularly restocking the shelves but if you continue to have problems then please do come back to us.
We recognise that in these uncertain times you may have questions, and our expert Careline is there to speak with you 24/7 for all your concerns. And although our Careline is not able to sell you formula directly or advise you which shops have stock, you can always contact us and we will do our best to support you.
