It may not be Easter just yet but it’s around the corner and Mary has shared a fantastic recipe that everyone has to try!
- 2 Easter Eggs
- 200g Digestive biscuits
- 80g butter
- 275ml double cream
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 2 bars of plain chocolate
- Combine crushed biscuits with melted butter
- In a separate bowl whip the cream. Then fold in melted chocolate to make a ganache. Add condensed milk and mix well.
- Layer your biscuits on the bottom, then pour mixture into chocolate eggs, crush mini eggs on top and leave to set in fridge for 2-4 hours
