The Easy Easter Egg Cheesecake Recipe you NEED to try!…

It may not be Easter just yet but it’s around the corner and Mary has shared a fantastic recipe that everyone has to try!


  • 2 Easter Eggs
  • 200g Digestive biscuits
  • 80g butter
  • 275ml double cream
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 2 bars of plain chocolate


  1. Combine crushed biscuits with melted butter
  2. In a separate bowl whip the cream. Then fold in melted chocolate to make a ganache. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  3. Layer your biscuits on the bottom, then pour mixture into chocolate eggs, crush mini eggs on top and leave to set in fridge for 2-4 hours
